Wear with jeans or leggings, add a long sleeve shirt it needed, can fit as a dress or a shirt.
Comes with a matching bow, any little girl will be pumpkin picking ready when wearing this.
measurements are ~
armpit to armpit 13in across chest (26in around)
length from top of chest straight down is 16in
ties are 14 1/2in each, plenty of room to make a bow and adjust if needed
(ties are stitched into place so they are washable)
