Birthday Dress

This is done in a size 7,

the largest a Kyoko can currently come in,

IMO it would fit a wide range of girls,

the length is adjustable,

here I did add on 3in as requested,
the waist line is really roomy with the Obi bringing it in to a fit and adding more effect to the twirly skirt

(I apologize for the flat pictures, I dont have a mannequin big enough)
