~I ship through Paypal on US/APO Purchases, with this you will receive a tracking/DC number sent to the paypal email account that item was purchased from
~I’m happy to ship to Canada, I will ship through the PO, there is no tracking option on items shipped from the US to Canada, items will go International First Class Mail with a 5-9 day arrival time
~At this time there is no International shipping option, If your interested in an item and would like a quote please contact me before purchasing and I’d be happy to get a quote for you
~Insurance is available if you so choose on US/APO purchases. If your package gets lost and we try all we can do to track it through its DC# with no luck, an Insurance claim will be filed for the refund, please note time varies on the PO for refund
~If item has a hole or rip or stain that I missed in the pre-shipping inspection then I’ll accept it as a return. I’ll fund back the purchase price only
~If a clothing item doesn’t fit once you receive it, that is on you, please note the sizing and measurements I give with the listing
~Please note all items are made by me, there might be slight differences or imperfections due to me being human, a stray string here or there may be missed on my final inspection, I am not a machine, I just use one
~Any fraying on the appliques and/or parts of animals are normal, this is the idea of the design
